About Jacob Construction
Jacob Construction Inc. is a licensed home improvement contractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego County since 2021. We fix what is failing in a home and make it cheaper to run: roofs, heating and cooling, windows, exterior paint, landscaping and remodels. Every project can be financed, subject to approval.
How we can help
Something is failing
A roof leaking after the rain, an AC that quit in a heat wave, a letter from the insurance company or the city with a deadline. Call us and we come out, tell you what it needs, and get it fixed. Roofs · Heating and cooling
You can’t pay for it all at once
Many of our customers pay monthly. With 100% financing on approved projects the work starts with no money out of pocket. How financing works
Your bills are too high
Old windows, thin insulation and a tired HVAC system let the heat in and the cool air out. We replace them so the house holds its temperature. Windows · HVAC
Your home is getting older
Foundations, old pipe, worn siding and paint. We look at the whole house, tell you what matters first, and handle the permits. Whole-home work · Exterior paint
How we work
One point of contact
The project manager who visits your home and writes the estimate stays your contact until the job is finished.
We handle the permits
Most of our jobs need a permit, and we file it and meet the inspector. You do not have to deal with the city.
Financing on every project
100% financing on approved projects, so work can start with no money out of pocket. How financing works.
Clear about changes
Sometimes opening a roof or a wall shows rot or damage nobody could see. When that happens we show you, and it goes into the job in writing before the work continues.
