Do you offer financing?
Yes. Every project can be financed with no money out of pocket, subject to credit approval. The work is not free: you repay it in monthly payments. See how financing works on our financing page.

The San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland and the East Bay, San Jose, Fremont, Livermore, Antioch, Brentwood, Vallejo, San Rafael) and San Diego County (San Diego, North County, Oceanside, Escondido, Carlsbad, Encinitas, El Cajon, Poway).
Do you replace roofs?
Yes. We do full roof replacements and roof repairs in the Bay Area and San Diego County, including any rotted wood found under the old shingles, new gutters, and the city permit.
Can you replace my AC, furnace or heat pump?
Yes. We install and replace heating and cooling systems, and new equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. If your system has failed, call 415-779-8958.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. On most jobs we file the permit and meet the city inspector, so you do not have to deal with the city.
How long does a typical remodeling project take?
It depends on the job. A bathroom remodel usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, and a kitchen remodel 6 to 10 weeks depending on structural changes.
Can I stay in my home during a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
In most cases, yes. We set up dust barriers and keep the job site clean. For a kitchen remodel, plan for a temporary kitchenette somewhere else in the house.
