Heating and Cooling work we do

How the job goes

1. Free assessment. A project manager looks at the house, the current system and the ducts, and writes the estimate.

2. Permit. We file the mechanical permit. Most system replacements in California need one.

3. Install. The old equipment comes out and the new system goes in.

4. Inspection and handover. The city inspects the install and we show you how the new system works.

Warranty

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Your contract lists the exact coverage for the unit you choose.

My AC stopped working in a heat wave. Who should I call?

Call 415-779-8958. Tell the office the AC is out and where the home is, and we will set up a visit to look at repair or replacement.

Do you offer financing for HVAC replacement?

Yes, in the Bay Area and San Diego County. You can replace the system now and repay it monthly, on approved credit. Financing is subject to approval, and the work is not free: you repay the cost over time.

Can you replace an old gas furnace with a heat pump?

Yes. We install heat pumps that replace a gas furnace and also cool the house. The assessment checks whether your ducts and electrical panel can take it.

Do I need a permit to replace my AC or furnace?

Usually yes. We file the permit and meet the inspector, so the new system is on the city's record.

Do you install central AC in San Diego?
