How the job goes
1. Free home assessment. A project manager walks the house and writes the scope and estimate.
2. Design and permits. We settle the plan and file the permits.
3. Build. Trades are scheduled in order and one person keeps you updated.
4. Changes in writing. If opening a wall shows damage nobody could see, we show you and it goes into the job in writing before work continues.
5. Final walk-through. Inspections closed, then we walk the house with you.
